The Florist down the street on 61st has been torn down and they are going to put in apartments there. Demo just started.

Got curious about what was underneath the carpet in the hotel room. Turns out it is pretty encouraging. Of course looks like it was also a double stack of carpet was gray on top of brown. Typical #clearydome. Stay tuned
