The latest Kiplingers arrived, complete with “50 Top Money Tips” ( a ” must-have special issue” if the cover is to be believed…)

Number 39 struck (“Get more for your remodeling dollars”) a chord, as it had 4 tips, 3 of which I was already thinking of taking on. Painting rooms, front entrance improvement (likely in the form of a front door…it painting current one.,.), and the last one, which I’d like to tackle first, “Update Flooring”.

I’m home a lot in March, so we will see!!
