Not sure what that means.
The hastas on the north side of the back yard were getting torched with all that sun, so I took advantage of the fact that it rained all day Sunday to move them–a lot it turns out– over to what is officially now the hasta section of the backyard. Did a lot of splitting as well so more multiplying. We will see next spring how they find their new digs…
Unfortunately, they are known as “hostas,” so “hasta la vista” has only the goodbye connotation. If you killed them in transplanting, you can say “hasta la vista,” or “see you later.” Otherwise, you might want to say something like “La vista de hostas.”
Si. oh, wait, “See.”
