Place next door, a duplex, has gone on sale I think they are asking 150. House is north of ClearyDome. Also just noticed that the house kitty-corner from the back of the dome (that makes sense, right!?) is also for sale.

The owner is from Indy and not married so not sure (married usually means “let’s hit the burbs and get out of the Rip….”) what’s driving this. He is selling it by owner …( so no Zillow action…)
