Through this whole thing we’ve had most the dishes stowed away until we had dishwasher or even water to clean dishes with.
In the meantime paper towels have had to play the role of MVP and while I have to extol the role they played both as plates, cleaners, and through this flu season, tissues…. I am looking forward to putting my food on something.
In the meantime behold the brilliance that is a lasagna sandwich. Patent pending.
