I literally just finished emptying the rain barrels to try to (even though they DO have the anti-bug donuts in them that supposedly reduce the mosquito count…) reduce the bite count as last night, Liz and I could only stand it for a few minutes before retreating back inside…
But this is of course a lot worse..

Check your flower pots and other containers…they’re everywhere. (I found about a quarter inch of rain in one of my containers, and when I tipped it, about a dozen mosquitoes flew out.)
