-Hoping to do a new floor in the kitchen and back bathroom-cork from Lumber Liquidators.

–Also looking to (see photo) remove the wood paneling inside and instead have drywall there.  This would also be to reduce/eliminate the funky moon surface that is the drywall now. I’d also be taking out the lighting beams, which would open up the ceiling area obviously although next I’ll need to figure out what to do for lights…
